Profile

I came to HR through the shop floor: first running a store, then supporting managers across twenty-four of them. Now I check that HR, policy and training material says what it means — and still means it once it has moved into Swedish.

The titles have changed. The work hasn’t: make complicated things usable without losing the person on the other end.
